At LEVITATE Golf, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

The item is not a clearance or final sale product.
If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you once the issue is confirmed.
To assist us, please include clear photos of the fault or damage when contacting us.
3. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase:

You may request a return within 14 days, but return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

The item must be in unused, resaleable condition with all original packaging intact.

Refunds for change-of-mind returns may be issued at our discretion.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
5. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your item for another size or loft (if available).
Please contact us before sending your item back so we can confirm stock availability.

7. Shipping for Returns

For faulty or incorrect items, we’ll cover the cost of return postage.

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.
